This mailing list is set up for parents of large families. Large for this list is defined as having five or more kids. They welcome everybody who has at least that many of any religion, or even no religion.

Advocacy is for everyone. Any concerned parent can become an advocate for homeschooling freedoms. And so can you. This series of five articles will walk you through the steps you can take to become an effective advocate for homeschooling in your community.

This activity helps children to model basic numbers and use counting and grouping strategies to demonstrate and verbalise relationships between basic numbers--in this case, the numbers 1-3. Using the well loved and well known tale of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears will help engage your child and also give them a greater understanding, meaning and depth.

This list is a forum for those either radically unschooling or learning how to radically unschool to discuss our "shining" children (Highly Sensitive, Out of Sync, Asperger’s traits, Explosive) and all the issues that accompany life with them--how we grow and learn ourselves thanks to our non-typical children and how unschooling frees their spirits and allows them to truly "shine."

With the accelerating media interest in homeschooling, chances are increasing that you will receive a request to speak with a reporter for a magazine or newspaper article, a television or radio program. What will you do? You could say "no," and leave it up to someone else. That would be the simple and easy response. Or, you could say "yes," and find yourself at the start of a new and educational experience.

Homeschool Leaders is a Yahoo group restricted to leaders (or potential leaders) of inclusive homeschool groups. These groups have no membership requirements, are open to all homeschoolers regardless of homeschool style or religious belief, and do not endorse one particular homeschool style or belief. Email list for Cape Cod Homeschoolers, a support group open to all homeschoolers from Cape Cod, Plymouth, and Wareham, Massachusetts. Cape Cod Homeschoolers is a cooperative of homeschooling families that organizes classes, clubs, field trips and other activities.
